Election residency issue now in court

This morning and at the request of the Knox County Election Commission, county Law Director Joe Jarret filed a declaratory judgment action in Knox County Chancery Court regarding the Shelley Breeding mess and whether she lives in the county or not.

Breeding, a Democrat, wants to run for the 89^th District state House seat.
