Personal care is the normal assistance we love to give to our seniors and aging relatives. With the tasks associated, it really is hard doing it alone, and mostly we hired for a skilled and trained nurse. This until I watched an online safety video for aged care. I learned the correct handling practices and minimise risk both for aged care workers and patient.
